Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

1. Most of our products are FREE SHIPPING. We only charge shipping on heavy or oversize products.

2. Only applicable within the 48 Contiguous States, (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories, APO/FPO addresses) via Fedex / USPS / UPS ground shipping only.

3. Discounts do not apply to Gift Certificates.

4. Does not Include Surcharges, Handling Fees or Truck Freight Items.

5. Free Shipping does not apply to any Hard Tops, Tires, Wheels, Cargo Carriers, Winches, Steel Body Tubs, Fiberglass Body Tubs. Some exceptions may apply. Contact us for further details

 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

1. Most orders ship on the same day however same day shipment is not guaranteed.

DROP SHIPPING

Most items will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse in Miami FL. At our sole discretion, we may have one or more of your items shipped to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer (This is a process known as "drop shipping").

 

OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS:

1. Additional charges will apply to oversize or overweight items, as determined by the selected carrier's weight and size restrictions. 

2. While most items can be shipped by the above referenced standard shipping methods, some overweight or oversized truck freight items must be shipped via truck freight.

 

Refund policy

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

1. If you received the wrong product, call us immediately regarding any mistakes with your order.

2. Any problems with the order must be notified within seven days of the order receipt date. 

3. Once we determine it was Autobruder 4WD’ fault, we will determine the best way to ship back the product and ship you the correct item or reimburse you for the transaction. 

4. We want to remedy the situation as simply and as fast as possible.

 

NO HASSLE RETURNS FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:

1. If for some reason you decide to return an item you ordered. We will issue a full refund as long as we receive notification within 30 days of the order receipt date. 

2. You are responsible for paying return freight charges when it is determined that Autobruder 4WD is not at fault. 

3. We do not refund the original shipping charges. 

4. All returns must be in “like-new” condition with all original packaging and documents. 

5. If you refuse deliveries from shipping carriers, this will result in penalty charges. 

6. The shipping return cost(s) will be deducted from your refund amount. 

7. Please take care to ensure the product fits your vehicle before commencing any installation - we cannot accept returned parts that have been installed, disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified in anyway. 

8. Failure of part(s) due to use beyond the product’s intended function, incorrect installation, or failure of related part(s) is not covered by warranty. 

9. We reserve the right to refuse any return we deem unfit for resale. 

10. Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.

 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

1. Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty and/or Guarantee and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. 

2. We act as the agent between you the customer, and the manufacturer. 

3. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. 

4. Should your product fail after 30 days, we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer. 

5. We will contact the manufacturer to see if the product is still under warranty. If it is under warranty we will relay the specifications required by the manufacturer to do the warranty.

6. Some warranties are done direct with the manufacturer. All returned items will be inspected by the manufacturer for eligibility of the warranty, if needed. We or the manufacturer will replace, or refund the product based on the findings.

 

WARRANTY RETURNS CAN BE HANDLED IN TWO WAYS

1. If you need a replacement right away, your card can be charged for the new item and we will ship you out the replacement part. 

2. Once the warrantied part is received, inspected and approved we will refund your credit card. You can return the warrantied part, and once the part is received, inspected and approved we will ship you out a new replacement part.

3. All inbound freight is the responsibility of the purchaser (the Customer) if the part needs to be returned after the initial 90 day purchase 

4. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or neglected maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered under the warranty. 

5. Autobruder 4WD will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold, which includes inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item was in use and while the item is being inspected for the warranty claim. 

6. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being returned under a warranty claim. As the customer is the shipper he/she will be responsible for filing a lost claim with the shipping company used. 

7. Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.

 

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTIES

1. Electrical and computer items. 

2. Tires. 

3. Any problem from misuse or improper installation. 

4. Damage to your vehicle.

5. Consequential costs or damages.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL & PHOTOGRAPHIC ERRORS

1. We will not be held responsible for any typographical or photographic errors. 

2. We reserve the right to modify the price, description and/or photograph of any item without notification. Photographs are intended to be representative and may not reflect the actual product being offered.
